Who We Are

Bridge Oncology was built on a premise that sounds simple but is rare in practice: that oncology programs are best served when a clinician and an administrator work the problem together, from the same side of the table, with no outside agenda.

That is what Jordan Johnson and Arpit Chhabra, MD, built. And it’s what makes Bridge different from every other firm in this space.

Built for the Complexity of Modern Oncology

Bridge is a fiercely independent oncology consulting partner. We work with hospitals, health systems, and physician groups dealing with the financial pressures hitting cancer care right now: reimbursement dislocation, prior authorization friction, margin compression. The full continuum, not just one piece of it.

We don’t disappear after the strategy session. We embed inside the problem alongside your leadership, your clinical teams, and your revenue cycle staff, and we stay until the solution holds.

Our independence is non-negotiable. No equipment affiliations, no vendor relationships, no conflicted incentives. Our only obligation is to the long-term performance of your oncology program.

The Team

Jordan Johnson, MHSA, M.Jurr, MLS

Jordan brings more than a decade of experience as an administrative director of cancer centers, combined with a legal-clinical background that is singular in oncology consulting. He has served as an expert witness for the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General in federal fraud, waste, and abuse cases, and currently serves as Vice Chair of Cancer Legal Advocacy for the ABA Health Law Section. His work sits at the intersection of clinical operations, reimbursement mechanics, and healthcare law.

Arpit Chhabra, M.D.

Dr. Chhabra is a board-certified radiation oncologist and Research Associate Professor with appointments at the New York Proton Center and Mount Sinai Health System, where he also serves as Director of Education and Director of Theranostics. An active clinician and researcher with more than 150 publications, he brings direct patient-care experience to every consulting engagement, connecting what happens in the treatment room to its implications for program performance, reimbursement, and long-term sustainability.
